arrest in New York for the filming of Tucson and Florida, the forces against accusations of abuse of power
, Michael Daragjati had no idea that the FBI was listening to your calls. Otherwise, you probably would not describe his arrest and detention of an innocent black New Yorker to the way it did.
Daragjati had a friend who, during a patrol in Staten Island, who had "a black fried." There was "no big deal," he said. The FBI has investigated another case, then tried to understand what had happened.
According to court documents published in New York and its partners Daragjati been left to chance and saw a black man who was angry and asked the name and badge number Daragjati. Daragjati, 32, and eight years on the force, had no reason to detain the man, and had found nothing illegal. But he was arrested and produced an account of him resisting arrest. The man, who is now known in the papers only as John Doe, because of fears for his safety, he spent two nights in jail. He was more than walk around the neighborhood.

Some cases involved people who are already involved in handcuffs and 40% "at risk" subjects such as children, elderly or mentally ill. "This disturbing trend of violence and abuse endangers the life," said NYCLU Executive Director Donna Lieberman.
In Los Angeles, officials at the sheriff's department is accused of physically abused prisoners and having sex with other people. An internal report obtained by the
- revealed allegations that included hitting people visit relatives in prison.
