If the promises are kept, development finance, it is expected to rise $ 100 billion. Shouldn 't this money we invest in the development of clean technologies?

At a workshop on climate change and the media, through the Asia-Europe Foundation in advance of the annual Asia-Europe summit took place, I was struck by a shell argument. One of its senior officials presented the company 's forecast of energy demand in 2050. According to Shell, it will be two billion more people on the planet in 2050, but if all the energy consumed as Theus, it will be like with a planet of 72 billion people. Hopefully they will be won 't as loud Shell' s guesstimates is, energy demand expected to rise by about 64% in developing countries, and by 3% in the already industrialized world.
